Dr. Astrid Guevara Diaz, podiatrist

She is a member of the Ordre des podiatres du Québec, and holds licenses in podiatric radiology as well as musculoskeletal ultrasound of the foot. From a young age, she has been driven by a deep interest in health and well-being, which naturally led her to pursue a career in podiatry. She completed her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.

During her academic training, she completed a clinical internship at the CISSS de Lanaudière, where she enhanced her skills in managing diabetic foot conditions. She has a wide range of interests, including ultrasound imaging, podiatric dermatology and biomechanics, areas that enrich her practice and strengthen her ability to deliver accurate diagnoses.

Fluently trilingual, she speaks French, English, and Spanish, which allows her to provide accessible and inclusive care to a diverse patient population. As an avid hiker and runner, she understands the importance of staying active to maintain mobility and independence. She embraces a patient-centered approach based on attentive listening, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s pace and goals.

Today, she is proud to put her skills at the service of her patients, combining expertise, professionalism, and a compassionate approach. She is committed to offering personalized care to every individual, while integrating the latest diagnostic and therapeutic techniques to meet each person’s specific needs.
